What To Do Next:

Three things, in order.

STEP 1

Open the email.

Confirm the date is on your calendar. If you used a junk email by accident, reach out to my team and we'll fix it.

STEP 2

Block the time.

The session only works if you're actually in the room, which means your nervous system has to know it's protected time.

STEP 3

While you wait…

Between now and the session, the most useful thing you can do, outside the workbook, is start getting into the headspace.

Most of what we'll work with inside an RRS gets previewed on Instagram. The frameworks. The diagnostics. The language for what's been hard to name. Following along between now and your session will help it land more deeply when you walk in.
