The minute you book, you’ll get a confirmation email with the GBV Workbook—your pre-work. 

Four numbers most psychotherapists have organized their entire careers around not knowing. You’re going to put them on paper before the session. Because this session might be free, but it doesn’t mean you can skip out doing the work.

I’m not being precious, I’m being practical. The math is the floor everything else stands on.

A note on showing up

If something genuinely changes and you can't make it, email my team at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance so we can release your seat. 

If the date you picked doesn't work after all, reach out and we'll get you onto another one.
