I’m not your therapist in this room. I am responsible for the room.
The group stays small, and I’m not casual about the terms of the room. Someone else’s unfinished idea, uncomfortable number, or sudden realization stays theirs.
The session is recorded and transcribed so you can revisit the work afterward. Everyone receives the complete recording and transcript and agrees to keep them private.
We’ll confirm that agreement together before we begin.
Long story short: you do not have to perform certainty to be taken seriously here.
